However, it is today's hosts who have enjoyed the stronger season to date and they will be confident of claiming victory

Chelsea v Manchester United (Kick-off 4.00pm). Coverage of the Premier League encounter at Stamford Bridge, where the Blues are aiming to avenge a 3-1 defeat in the entertaining reverse fixture. The Red Devils raced into a 3-0 half-time lead in that encounter, with Fernando Torres pulling one back a minute after the restart, but later guilty of missing an open goal in a half in which Wayne Rooney also failed to convert a penalty for United. Andre Villas-Boas will be determined for his side not to suffer another loss, but his team have already been beaten at home in the league by Arsenal, Liverpool and Aston Villa, which will give his opposite number Sir Alex Ferguson plenty of confidence
